Abstract
By the hand of the Co-Design Lab of the HU, I took over the redesign of Sport-Planner's online services. Sport-Planner consists of a growing Start-up focused on providing a full software platform for Trainers & Clubs, Employers, Employees, and dutch citizens to encourage and promote exercising in The Netherlands. Despite the optimistic expectations of their offer, their online services (both web and mobile) lacked a sense of accessibility, navigation, and user-friendly experience. As their UX/UI designer, my role was to strategically redesign their online services in order for them to efficiently carry out the target groups' needs, wants, and jobs.
